Fried pork chops istance please?

I'm about to fry some thin pork chops and was wondering if anyone can give me some tips. I can do them in the oven, crock pot and skillet well but have always been too afraid to make them like a hockey puck if I fried them. What temp, any tips for seasoning and doing a wet batter (no eggs... do you even use eggs when frying chops?) and how long on each side please. Thanks
