Where can i find a sensor to turn on the lights after dark?

I am looking for a product that can be coiled to a common lamp socket (this is: something in between the lamb socket and the light bulb). I am living rented and do not want to be changing any of the electrical installation. I just want to have my balcony illuminated during the night for safety purposes. is there any out there?
