Should i get my zebra finches wings cut?

No because there's no reason for them to be cut. They aren't tame birds so there's no reason why they need to have them cut. They're normally only cut so that when you're having a play with your parrots they won't get anywhere dangerous. Zebra Finches aren't normally tamable. Zebra Finches also will become fat if they don't get excercise they require - flying. Finches won't be able to get around their cages without flying because they haven't got the build to be able to pull themselves up the wire to where they want to get. Best thing is to leave them with the best thing they have :D
