Why is it written like this? (Japanese)?

Im studying hiragana, and I tried out spelling Konnichi wa in hiragana characters. The ko, n, ni, chi characters were fine, but when I wrote the wa character, its not the same as every other time I see Konnichi wa written, it always appears with the ha character instead of the wa. Why is this?
