HOW CAN I SHRINK THE KELOID BEHIND MY EAR?

A few months ago, i noticed a keloid developing about the size of a small marble behind my earlobe. within the last two months it seems the size has increased a tad bit(or im jus paranoid). I'm pretty self-conscious of things such as these so its an emotional pain to have them! any treatments on how to stop growth or even shrink the keloid would be much appreciated. i've already learned the typical surgery,mederma skin cream, and such.. anyone with experience or profound knowledge please give me feedback!
