What is this Nintendo 64 game...?

The game use to be one of my favorites way back when, i completely forgot the name, it had a Multiplayer feature, it looked dark and creepy, somewhat similar graphics to Doom or Quake. Had 3 cles, a Magician who used a staff until you found a book. Some fighter type cl that used his fists, and another one that had a spiked club. The cover art had some kind of dark figure on it however i cant seem to find the cover-art anywhere and there-fore cannot find the title. Please help!
