I have really bad bags under my eyes. How do i get rid of them for a long period of time?

I have tried tea bags, preparation h, and ice packs. None of these have worked. I have tried an orange peal pad and that worked temporarily, but the bags reappeared when i woke up the next morning. Someone please help me.
