Good or Bad Idea?

Theres this girl i like, ive been talking to her for about 3 weeks. Its gone pretty good i think, but im still trying to figure stuff out. I am about 5'8 and 190lbs. I am really considering learning how to play the guitar, I am pretty good at vocals, well basically heres the question. Would it be a good idea to learn her favorite song on guitar?(Austin-Blake Shelton), I can sing it pretty well also. And when would be a good time to play it, etc. Was kinda going for learning it, perfecting it(honestly, like being able to do it blindfolded :P) <-- Please answer very honestly. Also, where can i find out a place to be able to read tabs, and where are the tabs heh. Thanks.
