Advent 5311 laptop fault ?

I brought a new advent 5311 laptop from Pc-World about 3 weeks ago.. but the cd-rom tray keeps opening on its own?.. the laptop will be on the desk and the tray will just pop open when i havent even touched the open on.. This can happen from 1 to 5 times in a matter off 30minutes ?? can any one help please........
