Why is Obama sending the CIA persian speakers to Kuwait?

I am a cab driver and I picked up three men at the US emby. Two of them had GI hair cuts and the third looked Persian. The were all talking in Farsi thinking I did not speak Persian. There drop off was at a well known arms dealers home.
