Why does my female kitten keep peeing everywhere?

Sounds like she is just a little unsettled with the move. I think you need to watch for the signs that she is going to pee (they usually meow and start looking for somewhere to pee), when you spot this, put her straight on the tray and she should soon get used to the tray.
