What would be the common factor in these engine codes?

The engine is 1996 1.9 ford escort with edis system. The engine was running good before changing head gasket with no check engine light illuminated or any engine codes detected. After i changed the head gasket got rough idle seems like timing is off but all timing marks are lined up. Check engine light started blinking after driving about two miles. Used actron pocket plus code reader and got theese codes P0743, P1401, P0136 P1131.
