Low body temp, is it a fever?

I have been sick with a bronchitis like cold, if not bronchitis, for the past three days. Today it has moved into my sinus cavity as well. I have many symptoms such as chest conjustion, sinus conjustion, sore through, ear aches, itching ears and throat, clammy hands and I have been hot. I have taken my temperature and it was 97.8 and 96.4 each time. I have super clammy and hot, almost sweaty, around the time taking my temp. Does that mean it was another form of a fever or not. If you have any ideas of what I could have or why my temperature dropped it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
