Is it possible i could be pregnant i need your advice please?

my husband and i have been trying for baby #2 for over 2 years. we have a 7 year old son . we had on all my fertile days this month. i am due for my period on 8th december. i am having lower abdomen pains and cramps for a few days dnow and also i have been feeling very run down, sore and tired. i think this could be the month i get my BFP. what do you think my son asked me last night he said mum you have a baby in your belly.
