Iraqi (or Arabic) folklore of the Goat Woman?

I'm supposed to be doing a report on Arab Culture and I once heard a story of the "Goat Woman" in Iraqi (or Arab) folklore where the story of this woman is similar to the American "boogey man." All I know is that this woman has the leg of a goat, in place of a human leg, and if children are bad, she kicks them with this goat leg of hers. I've searched high and low on the Internet but I haven't been able to come up with anything. Does anyone else know this story? If you do, could you please post it as a response? Thank you so much!
