How Dumb are Texans for bringing up an idea of secession ?

Personally i would welcome the idea of the stupid states getting out of the union, it would def help the rest of Intelligent Americans to elect politicians and officials without the ignorance of red necks racists and non educated people . Think of it this way if Texas left it would be less electoral college votes wasted on Bush like candidates just b/c they are from Tx. How dumb are these people, mildly retarded or plain stupid?
