HELP! MY TODDLERS OBSESSED WITH HENRY HOOVER!?

my son is nearly 3 and has an obsession with Henry the hoover and its driving me mad slowly! when he was young we encouraged him to like the hoover as most babies are scared of them. we had a Henry which made it easier cause of the smiley face and he soon warmed to it. He liked it alot and so we bought him the toy henry which he loved instantly. nearly 3 yrs on hes still obsessed and hardly plays with anything else and its all he talks about! i'd luv to throw it out but ive tried hiding it before and it made him worse! He has loads of other toys and i always play with him but his interest always goes back to henry! now that he can talk a bit its nice to have a conversation with him but he'll randomly start talking about henry and he also repeat the word over and over and over its soul destroying! i cant even embrace his love for it anymore i hate it and it puts me in a bad mood all the time! pls any suggestions would be appreciated hugely!
