Guinness records of long lived living being on Earth?

I have heard that trees could live up to 1000 years. Maybe right or wrong. But the doubt is about tortoise someone told me that he has the life of 200 years. Is tis true. Any proof. If true i cant prove it bec my grandparents did't purchased a tortoise to test this. whs having the long life am not taking about trees.
