Are 5150 snowboards any good?!?

Well basically my friend wants to sell me his 5150 snowboard with i THINK burton bindings... He wants to sell me the board and bindings for $170,The board has normal wear and tear, a few small chips around the tail etc. Just normal wear and tear like a snowboard usually would. it is a 2007 model, My level of riding is probably like average, i can do rails, jumps, boxes, and basic stuff like that, I CAN'T do anything major on rails, and i don't jump 70 footers either, But i CAN ride rails, boxes, do jumps etc.Is this a good deal?!? Also are 5150 snowboards any good?!? And would this be a good board for me?!?
